Description
Inspired by the Karoo Rib, not a Rib at all, it is a slow cooked thick cut lamb chop (with a yoghurt and herb marinade) served with tomato salad and pumpkin fritters, but you start with the deep fried brisket balls and sweet mustard. Enjoy a smoked Kumara with sour cream and authentic Greek Salad, for dessert: Cinnamon Milk Tart.
